Our team
- Bradley Stock, founding associate, is the acting CEO. Originally from the United States, his expertise in languages originally brought him to France as a Fulbright scholar. He is Head of sales and marketing and coordinates customer relations and establishes long-term partnerships with them. In addition, he manages strategic alliances through a national and international network.
- Stéphanie Moschenros, founding associate, is WordSpring’s technical Director. She is in charge of the coordination of all of the translation work produced at WordSpring. She oversees terminological studies and terminology management. She is also in charge of IT issues surrounding translation. She shares this expertise with up-coming translators through her work as an associate professor at ITIRI, the school of translation and interpreting based in Strasbourg.
- Lucie Taffin is a project manager; she coordinates multi-lingual or long-term projects that require the use of specific validated terminology. She acts as an interface between WordSpring translators and customers. She ensures terminology consistency, proofreading and quality control. She also ensures compliance with DTP requirements and oversees layout work to manage languages that are more or less lengthy.
As well as in-house translators, WordSpring manages an international network of freelance translators and affiliate translation agencies. Rigorous quality checks are carried out before a translator is certified to become a WordSpring translator. In general, certified translators have obtained recognized degrees in translation and have one or more areas of specialization forged through professional experience. The final golden rule is that translators translate exclusively from one or more foreign languages into their own mother tongue.
Translation is a demanding profession requiring experienced linguists, but also keen computer skills in order to safely process computer files from an ever-increasing number of formats and deliver ready to print documents.
From its creation, WordSpring has enjoyed the support of a sister company, iNetsoft, to handle all of its IT requirements both in terms of a park management and in order to continually improve its proprietary ERP system Linguaphile®. This partnership has been a key factor of success in WordSpring’s development and enhances the overall quality of work delivered.
